Chartered Feasibility Study Consultant® (CFSC®) charterholders are professionals who have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance or related field of study or an MBA or other related masters degree from an accredited university and minimum 36 months experience in commercial mortgage loan underwriting, commercial real estate appraisal, accounting, finance or market research roles prior to enrolling in the (CFSC®) membership.

Upon becoming a member, charterholders undergo a five level examination to obtain the prestigious CFSC® designation.

Examinations are offered bi-annually. Self study materials are purchased through the CFSC Institute.

Online courses are provided to CFSC® members.
